Celia Stibbens is an experienced accountant and owner of a full-service accounting and tax preparation firm. She began her career in public accounting in 2011 as an associate in a Fort Worth CPA firm and in 2017 departed, on good terms, to establish a small practice. Celia Stibbens, sole proprietor, became CS Accounting and Tax Services, LLC in 2022 and is thankful for the abundance of referrals from loyal clients that has led to remarkable growth over the years.

Debbie has forty plus years of diversified experience in financial accounting, auditing and tax planning in various industries, including: Insurance, Printing, Manufacturing, Distribution, Construction, Health Care, Professional Services, Real Estate, Intellectual Property, Financial Services, Hospitality, Food Service and many other industries.

Beginning with a national firm and working with several medium sized firms in tax and audit, as well as in industry, Debbie has found her niche in service to individuals, small business owners and estates and trusts in a smaller professional firm environment. After turning over her firm in Fort Worth, TX she found out that she was not a good fit for total retirement, so we welcome her to CS Accounting and Tax Services LLC.

Debbie is licensed in Texas and Missouri and maintains required continuing education in both states. She loves her river house retreat in Missouri and enjoys riding the “spyder” with her husband and laughing with friends, coworkers and clients. Philosophy: Life is too short not to enjoy every day of it!
